Library and Tools for Server-Side DNSSEC Implementation
Security in multicast communication
Jureková, Petra ; Dzurenda, Petr (referee) ; Malina, Lukáš (advisor)
This work deals with the issue of multicast communication, specifically it focuses on group key management. It discusses group key management protocols as well as existing algorithms and algorithm designs for efficient key management and distribution. Based on the knowledge, two solutions were developed. The application for comparing the efficiency of algorithms was created as well. Both existing and proposed schemes were compared using two scenarios. Based on the resulting graphs, the suitability of individual algorithms was evaluated.
Secure Authentication and Key Management in the Internet of Things
Škunda, Patrik ; Fujdiak, Radek (referee) ; Malina, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with issues of secure authentication and key management in the Internet of Things. It describes basic protocols used in IoT, cryptographic primitives, communication technologies in IoT and end elements. It also includes a measuring the performance of cryptographic primitives on Raspberry Pi and selecting the appropriate LPWAN simulation technology. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the simulation of a LoRaWAN network

Training and development of management at Česká spořitelna
Šimon, Martin ; Němec, Otakar (advisor) ; Sovová, Andrea (referee)
This thesis analyzes how managers are trained and developed at the Czech Savings Bank. The aim of this study is to thoroughly analyze management education and training in the bank and eventually propose various measures or improvements. Another key factor which this study explores is the role of the employee and his/her potential to develop into a manager or a leader. Leadership development is one of the key factors in management training today. The thesis takes a methodological approach and defines certain terms, which creates a basis for the practical part. The practical part of this study analyzes the system of managerial education in the Czech Saving Bank and examines the question of leadership in this context. I conclude by providing an overall evaluation of management training in the Czech Saving Bank, pointing out both its strengths and eventual weakness.
